Anna Kozelsky is a Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW). She attended the University of Toronto where she completed her Master of Social Work degree.  She has over a decade of experience. Anna has worked in a variety of settings, with diverse populations, and her commitment + dedication to her clients is unparalleled.

Anna has supported individuals with a spectrum of mental health challenges. Those experiencing homelessness, survivors of sexual violence + human trafficking, as well as vulnerable and marginalized communities. She is passionate about helping people overcome their challenges and believes that every person deserves the opportunity to become the best version of themselves. Too often traumatic experiences + painful inter-generational patterns can be overwhelming and create barriers to well-being. This can cause difficulties with daily functioning + coping; negatively impact one’s self-esteem and resulting in unhealthy relationships + various mental health struggles. Anna has a keen interest in developmental trauma, and uses various therapeutic modalities to support individuals in their healing. At the core of her work, Anna applies a trauma-informed and strength-based approach. She believes that people are the experts in their lives; working collaboratively with individuals to address their concerns + support them in reaching their goals. Through her own healing journey, Anna has deepened her clinical knowledge and practice by incorporating a spiritual lens towards healing resulting in a more holistic approach. Anna has experienced firsthand how working through trauma, and connecting with one’s essence, leads to a deeper connection with our authentic self and supports those who are ready to do the same.
