GROUPS + WORKSHOPS
You don’t have to go it alone. We offer support groups that bring people, with similar experiences, together. Both therapeutic + social in nature, they provide an opportunity for group members to be affirmed, while building meaningful connections.
We also offer psycho-educational workshops on a variety of topics to help support your treatment.

THE SHEA BUTTER WOMAN:Series IV + Series V
A Therapeutic Social Support Group for Black Women
WHAT: Shea butter has undeniable healing properties. It can transform from a hardened state to soft, warm and enveloping. It is our go to for everything - restoration, comfort and our unmistakable glow.
It is critical for Black women to learn to manage stress + reclaim our mental, physical and emotional health. When a Black woman chooses herself, she gives other Black women the courage to do the same. We are no longer embodying the “strong Black woman” trope. We aspire to collectivity, growth, support, and self-care. We are soft.+ deserving of safe spaces.
The Shea Butter Woman is a therapeutic social support group with weekly themes that directly impact Black women. A small community of like-minded Black women affirming, supporting, and practicing growth based strategies.
WHEN: Series IV - Every Thursday beginning April 11 - May 9, 2024 - 6:30pm-8:00pm (90 minutes).
Series V - TBA
WHERE: Meetings will be virtual/online via doxy.me.
WHO - We welcome all Black women wishing to build community through supportive healing. Those committed to integrating therapeutic strategies into real world practice. This will be a safe and gentle place for Black women, and we welcome you with open arms. Come how you are.

COST - $300.00/5 weeks
HOW - There are a total of 12 spots per group available. You may pay in full at the time of registration using PayPal (4% credit card convenience fee) or you may opt to pay via e -transfer. Once your registration form is received an invoice will be sent via email.
Registration will NOT be completed until full payment is received. You may pay in two instalments, and deposits are non-refundable.

THE NEXT 2K
A Therapeutic Social Support Group for Women 40+
The average person will live for about 4000 weeks.
Once we enter into our 40 and 50s we have surpassed past the first 2000.
The “Next 2K” is a collective of 40+ females who can offer support + community to each other as we navigate our next 2000 weeks.
Have you lived the past 2k for others; your family, your children, your career? Where will the next 2K take you? What do you want to be remembered for + are you prepared to make the choices + changes you need to get you there?
WHEN: Join us every Thursday for 4 weeks (May 16, 23, 30 & June 6, 2024).
7pm to 8:30 pm (90 minutes)
WHERE: Meetings will be virtual/online via Google Meet.
WHO - 40+ women
Facilitated by Claire Morgan - Life Skills Coach
COST - $200/4 weeks

Don't worry, you're not alone! Join us for a two-part insightful and empowering workshop on setting boundaries that nurture your well-being + relationships.
Cultivate a stronger sense of self-worth and confidence by unlocking the keys to open + honest communication. Learn practical strategies to define + communicate your boundaries assertively. Gain insights into identifying + respecting the boundaries of others. Foster healthier relationships and enhance your overall well-being.
