Services are available to adolescents (in a limited capacity - no custody, access or court related issues), adults + seniors, using anti-oppressive + strength-based frameworks.

We recognize the impact that living with generational trauma, transmitted stressors, social injustice + discrimination has on one's mental health. We provide collaborative, holistic + culturally responsive therapy centring on the unique needs of marginalized groups.

Sessions are offered remotely, and are secure + confidential.
