We specialize in providing Anti-Black Racism (ABR) training aimed at building understanding, capacity & leadership development within institutions. By enhancing ABR abilities, institutions can begin to effectively lead organizational change within the context of the Black experience. We amplify the Black experience and explore difficult topics, in order to build allyship & dismantle the barriers created by systemic racism.

Our trainings enhance awareness & provide collaborative analysis on issues related to the Black community. We explore biases, systemic barriers & identify practical skills to support Black workers.
