Our single session a la cart therapeutic support and psycho-educational workshops are exactly what you need.
There are no long term commitments. Simply browse our diverse and ever changing topic offerings and select whichever ones interest you, register and sign in. It’s that simple.
Workshops will be facilitated by experienced, registered clinicians and/or life coaches based on their areas of expertise. Although workshops are therapeutic, they are not therapy. They will provide psycho-education, life skills, and an opportunity to have open dialogue in a safe and supportive environment.
NOTE: Workshops will not run with less than 4 participants & may be postponed until the minimum number of participants is reached.
RATES: $60/per session (individual) $125/per session (couple’s workshops)
Receipts will be provided for insurance purposes

A romantic partnership can be a source of mutual support, growth, and safety. However. there are times when these intentions fail to manifest, and instead our relationships become a source of isolation and frustration that lacks emotional safety.
This workshop will provide you and your partner with actionable tools to improve communication and connection.
This workshop offers a safe and secure place where you may discuss issues and seek guidance. Participants gain insight into their thoughts and behaviours by listening to peers who are struggling with similar issues, receiving support and feedback, and reconnecting in a meaningful way.

Think of a conversation you’ve been putting off. Those times when you know you should talk to someone, but you don’t.
Maybe you’ve tried and it went badly, or maybe you fear that talking will only make the situation worse. Still, there’s a feeling of being stuck, and you’d like to free that energy for more useful purposes.
This workshop will provide you with a brief synopsis of best practice strategies: a checklist of action items to think about before going into the conversation; useful concepts to practice during the conversation; and some tips and suggestions to help your energy stay focused and flowing.
You’ll notice one key theme throughout: you have more power than you think!
