CLAIRE MORGAN R.E.C.E, P.C.C - PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED COACH
Claire was born in Toronto and grew up in a Vincentian – Trinidadian home in Scarborough. Claire received her Early Childhood Education diploma from Seneca college, and later continued studies at York University - Schlich. Claire had a Christian upbringing, but used a wide range of life experiences to navigate her own spirituality. Along with, social connection and creativity, she uses it as a tool to ground + balance herself. Claire stays connected to her West Indian roots, as it is a significant part of her identity. She wants others to see the full richness of her culture; beyond the uplifting vibes her beloved Soca music.
Claire is the mother of two young men, and just like many parents she actively encourages the growth of the around her. She has always believed that people have the power to hone their capabilities + work to manifest their true desires. In her personal + professional life, Claire often found herself assisting others with goal setting. This is what excited + encouraged Claire to return to classes at George Brown College to pursue her Life Skills Coaching Certificate.
Claire has an affirming, encouraging + non-judgmental approach to life coaching. She encourages her clients to draw from their own unique journeys as a means of guiding them towards their goals. She acts as a conduit between a client’s intentions + their accomplishments. Claire’s training + desire to help others makes her a sought after Life Skills Coach who works with individuals + groups to define, design, and achieve goals for their future. The intersectionality of Claire’s identities and lived experience allows her to effectively connect with others; building trust and emotional safety that facilitates the optimal growth of her clients.
