THERAPEUTIC SERVICES
Therapy is the process of meeting with a clinician to resolve behaviours, beliefs, emotions and/or relational issues that may be maladaptive or problematic. Everyone's wellness journey will be unique however, initiating therapy can be a step towards greater overall well-being.
Services are provided remotely, and are secure + confidential.
