INDEPENDENTLY CONTRACTED REGISTERED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER OR PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Under the supervision of the Clinical & Administrative Directors of Kahle Therapy & Consulting Services, the independently contracted Registered Social Worker and/or Psychotherapist provides direct clinical services to women, men, adolescents, couples, and families. 
REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a BSW, MSW or Masters degree in a related field of study from an accredited university.Must be registered with, or eligible for immediate registration, OCSWSSW or CRPO.Must provide a recent Vulnerable Sector Police Check upon hire.Must have/obtain, and thereafter maintain, valid professional liability insurance.Must have a minimum of 35 hours (p/t) or 110 hours (f/t) availability per month, including some weekend availability.Must maintain an active caseload.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Individual, Couple and Family Therapy Work with children and adults using various evidence-based/evidence-informed modalities.Provide direct psychotherapy treatment, performing client psycho-social assessments, developing treatment plans and guiding the treatment process, developing exit plans, providing psychological and emotional support to clients.Group Therapy Facilitation sessions serving specific needs and populations, as needed or desired.Maintain accurate records and session notes in client files. Attend individual and group supervision as well as agency meetings as required.Utilize clinical supervision to develop and hone intervention skills and strategies.May perform other duties as agreed.
